1.     Who owns the code? We own the code.

However this issuer is raised by many customers. What we could is either of two things:

a.      Sign a contract with you. If Argentis cease to exist we will transfer the source code to you.
b.     We can have the source code on a third party company but we need to incur in a cost.
If Argentis disappear as a company the source code will be released to you.
c.      Usually scenario A is the preferred one since SAP is in the middle they can mediate if this comes to this

2.     Will this reside on our servers?

Yes.

3.     How customizable is this platform?

This solution is not like Magento with a CMS. At least this version so we would need to customize it in term of functionalities. In term of design anyone who knows HTML can do it. Our road map is to add a CMS (content management solution)    

4.     When building customization features for the expansion of our business model are we requested to have your assistance?

For design NO. For functionalities during 2017 Yes.
2018 is planned to have a CMS so you would not need any.  

5.     Knowing this is a proprietary solution, are we requested to pay a monthly license fee?

NO. there is only a 20% annually of the licenses as you do with SAP    

6.     Do you provide all of the documentation?

100% we provide all documentation.
