Information:
Here users can view common error comming from One Portal installation and creating orders.
Important: Error Message
From last windows update we recomend to delete DLL folder in windows/temp once at month, sometimes the cache generate an error in DI server connection.
DI Server Disconnected
The user can confirm this error when the DI server connection shows a red color in the panel.
Solution
1. Open Service Tools
2. Stop DI Service
3. Open WINDOW/TEMP folder and delete Folder SM_OBS_DLL
4. Start Service

3. Copy Url Path and open in new window, you can select Extended log to load more information
4. All transactions comming from One Portal will appear
