Information

OnePortal allows users create Tiles, with different view options to show information inside the dashboard.

Select Type of TILES.

a. Querie Type
Users can select a SAP querie to represent information in a digit. Example: Total Order Number
The user can use the same logic of Charts to assign Logged Users.
Set Queries Options


b. HTML Type
Users can add a special HMTL code, to represent data or images. (*) All images added in HTML must be in /IMAGES folder.

Data Tiles

In the process to create a Tile the user must complete all inputs required by OnePortal

A.Visual Order: Location in dashboard of the tiles
B.Tile Name: Tile Name
C.Tile Type: Select type (Querie, HTML, News)
D.Link: Select a section to derive the link in tile.

Activate Tiles

Each Portal User can activate a Tiles in the section My Direct Accesses.
