Settings / Set PLM image folder

Information

1. Go to IIS.
2. Select Portal Folder
3. Create Virtual "Image" Folder
4. Connect this folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One\Attachments)
5. ** Set Permission for User IIS_IUSRS to allow access folder in IIS to the IMAGE Virtual folder.

 

Domains / Instances Connections

For differents instances and networks domains Images Folder needs to connect with a specific user.

1. Select Image Folder
2. Enter to Basic Settings

Select Connect As to define a user

In the pop-up add the same / Windows login User/ from the Remote Desktop Connection.


1. To use this option is important to have the same user duplicated in both servers.


1.1 To define the user in both server, enter to User Accounts.



2. Or to avoid privileges, inside Advanced Share Center in main server Turn Off, Share folder password.
